Gami

Not bad, but there is room to improve. We had original fried chicken drumsticks and spicy wings. Spicy wings were nice and the sauce coated on the wings is spot on. I can feel almost 95% authentic Korean spicy sauce. The issue with me is the original fried chicken drumsticks. The batter was separated from the meat and not crispy enough although it was still crispier and fresher than KFC chicken ;). Also, the meat itself was not seasoned enough. The other issue with me was service time. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food and it wasn't really busy by the time. Overall, I still think I may visit Gami again, but I hope to see them improve their service time and fine detail on their food. Finally, I would suggest the owner changing the entrance door to facing inside the shopping centre.  I found quite a few people trying to open the window from inside the shopping centre so as I.

 

코스트코에 새로 생긴 가미에 다녀왔습니다. 멜번에 여러개의 지점을 가지고 있는 체인점의 애들레이드 진출이라 나름 기대한 점도 있었고, 코스트코 바로 옆에 생겨서 쇼핑 다녀올 때 간단히 들리기 좋기에 계속 가봐야지 라고 벼르고 있던 참이었죠.

 

결론적으로는 기대보다는 별로였지만 재방문할 가치는 아직 있어 보입니다. 오리지날 프라이드 닭다리랑 매운 치킨윙을 먹었는데 치킨윙은 소스도 상당히 맛있고 좋았지만, 오리지날 치킨은 조금 실망했네요. 일단 튀김옷이 다리랑 살짝 분리되어 있을 뿐 아니라 염지가 거의 안 되어 있어서 간이 좀 안 맞았습니다. 같이 나온 칩스도 기름기가 너무 많아서 먹기 좀 거북했고요.

 

서비스 타임도 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그렇게 바쁘지 않은 시간대였는데도 불구하고 주문하고 약 25분 정도 뒤에 음식이 나왔는데 주문 후 튀기는 음식이라고는 해도 서비스가 다소 많이 늦었습니다. 다른 리뷰들을 봐도 서비스 시간에 대한 불많이 많은 편이었고요. 결론적으로 워낙 위치가 편리한 곳에 있어서 아마 다시 가보기는 할 것 같은데 다음엔 좀 더 서비스 퀄리티나 음식 퀄리티가 더 나아졌으면 하네요.
